In the many years working across the Fruit Ninja brand catalogue of games, perhaps the largest event of all was the massive 5th anniversary update. Almost 6 months in the making, and featuring more game modes than you could poke a stick at! Like all other events and updates, this update was also reverted back to vanilla Fruit Ninja once the event had ended. In retrospect a massive amount of work went in to this to never see the light of day again. Gone, in an instant. Very sad, but such is the unspoken life and career of a SAAS (software as a service) games development team.
